Roles & Responsibilities
• To establish relations with internal teams to facilitate communications and gather needed information/reports for the business.
• To manage input generation for budgeting and business planning and update targets based on digital business feedback and enhancements.
• To manage inputs provided for data science and CVM teams to generate deep insight into digital business.
• To collaborate with the senior manager to define policies and procedures for digital business.
• To study industry, benchmarks, and best practices to contribute with other teams in the department for designing and defining new strategies and roadmaps for responding to the ever-changing environment of digital business models.
• To monitor competitors and market, alarm on risks, and provide solutions for the digital business based on best practices.
• To define KPI for the performance of digital business with the collaboration of other digital teams and report them constantly to the management.
• To negotiate with technical teams, vendors, and ITS division to ensure their cooperation in developing needed infrastructure for reporting.
• To support the team in establishing reporting infrastructure like databases, frameworks, methodologies, and roadmaps.
• To lead team activities, align with digital strategy for updating dashboards, and create insights on digital business for the department and management.
• To leverage various business intelligence tools to create interactive reports and dashboards that provide critical insights to stakeholders.
• To oversee product life cycle management, from inception to sunset, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
• To manage the generation and validation of different reports for management, including ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as other requesters on digital business and team activities.
• To monitor digital business and its market at all levels, provide in-depth reports of the performance of all CPs (Content Providers) and SPs (Service Providers) in their life cycle to present high-level analysis and insight for management decision-making.
• To manage performance tracking reports and payments of CP to ensure CP performance management.
• To provide feedback to departments and management on digital business performance by comparing it with the business plan and budget.
• To manage data pipelines, warehouses, and lakes to ensure data accessibility and integrity.
• To manage the deep dive into product performance data to uncover valuable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
• To manage the development of machine learning models to predict digital customer behavior and enhance digital product development strategies based on customer behavior.
• To manage model validation and performance assessments to ensure accuracy in forecasting product performance.
• To collaborate with data scientists to identify and implement advanced algorithms for optimizing digital business strategies.
• To manage variance analysis to identify deviations in performance versus budget and provide actionable insights.
• To manage the implementation of financial performance benchmarks against industry standards to inform strategic decision-making.
• To manage the utilization of AI techniques to automate data collection and reporting processes, increasing efficiency.
• To manage the development of AI-driven recommendation systems for product development based on market trends and consumer behavior analysis.
Education
• B.Sc. in Commerce (Marketing / Communication/ Computer science / IT / Engineering and Data Science) or related
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
• Experience working in a medium to large organization
