Boomi, a social business line of Digikala, has developed a deep understanding of local producers and regional products across the country over four years of working with small, local businesses. We’ve established a strong portfolio of unique products from various parts of the country and built a dynamic, agile network of producers from villages and towns across the nation who are closely connected to Boomi.

Each of our products is tied to a specific region and is crafted using traditional, non-industrial methods. Behind every product lies a captivating story that reflects the culture, history, and identity of the region. These items are healthy, natural, and often organic, with production directly contributing to the improvement of local livelihoods and the sustainable development of small businesses.

We are looking to add a new member to our Boomi team as Organizational Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to introduce and sell these products to large organizations and businesses, with a focus on sharing the unique story and identity behind each product as a core part of the sales strategy. The goal is to attract organizational clients not only with the quality and uniqueness of the products but also with the powerful narrative and positive social impact they embody. By selling these products, you will be playing a key role in improving the lives of local producers and supporting the sustainable development of different regions across the country.

Additionally, the Organizational Sales Manager will identify new opportunities to develop and offer custom products based on organizational clients' needs, helping to drive the design and production of new items in collaboration with local businesses across various regions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain continuous communication with organizations to accurately identify their needs.
  • Analyze organizational requirements and relay this information to the Boomi team for the development or sourcing of new products.
  • Present and promote Boomi products to organizations, offering customized solutions to meet their specific demands.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to increase product sales to organizations and businesses.
  • Identify and leverage existing market opportunities to expand sales.
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key clients and organizations.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with organizational clients.
  • Ensure contract fulfillment with respect to financial and time commitments.
  • Provide market feedback to relevant teams for product improvement and development.
  • Regularly prepare and present reports on organizational sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and offer suggestions to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or organizational sales management.
  • Ability to identify organizational needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing sales deals with companies and organizations.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple sales projects simultaneously and meet annual sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software.
  • Ability to analyze the market and provide creative suggestions for sales growth.
  • Team spirit and the ability to collaborate with various internal teams.
