The purpose of this job is to assessment seller’s journey from Registration to the end with a 360-degree view, wit responsibilities included visiting Digikala warehouses, monitoring the feedback, understanding seller/business gaps, seller pain points and improvement areas. The candidate is expected to determining seller issues, Understand the SX and business KPIs and their trend so be able to predict the future in the market and suggest
the required action/project and follow them
Responsibilities:
- Providing reports to the SX team and other related team
- A self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is good at working cross-functional
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with teams and stakeholders in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Proactive approach in recognizing Seller experiences gaps and efficient communication to increase a sense of urgency among stakeholders and support the business team to address the gaps
- Define and run the proper research including the survey, Focus group, and interview, …. to collect the qualitative and quantitative seller data
- Investigating and finding the Pain point of sellers from different channels (Focus Group, Survey, Tickets,)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, industrial engineering, Marketing, Computer science, etc
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Specially PowerPoint & Excel)
- Skills in project management, SQL Server, and Python are plu
