We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.


Responsibilities

1- Data Analysis and Insights

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and trends.
• Translate business requirements into analytical problems and provide actionable insights.

2- Machine Learning and Modeling

• Build, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Evaluate model performance and refine algorithms for optimal results.
• Experiment with cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML and implement where applicable.

3- Visualization and Reporting

• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Present technical results in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences.

4- Collaboration and Strategy

• Work closely with business teams, engineers, and product managers to define objectives and align solutions with organizational goals.
• Act as a consultant to guide data-driven decision-making across the organization.

5- Data Engineering and Integration

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.
• Develop ETL pipelines and automate workflows to streamline data processes.

Requirements

1- Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role (2–5 years preferred).

2- Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data processing and model deployment.

3- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to tackle complex business problems with innovative data solutions.

4- Communication and Teamwork

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
