Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define the product strategy in alignment with business goals, ensuring the platform meets both user needs and market opportunities.
• Roadmap Development: Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, setting clear priorities and actionable milestones.
• Team Leadership: Lead the product team, including product owners, researchers, analysts, and the scrum master, to ensure efficient delivery of product goals.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with top managers and the marketing manager to align product development with overall business strategy and marketing efforts.
• Feature Development: Define, prioritize, and oversee the development of features and enhancements that deliver value to the platform's users.
• Market and User Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and user needs, translating insights into product requirements.
• Product Design: Oversee the creation of initial wireframes, prototypes, and workflows, ensuring user-centric design principles.
• Product Delivery: Ensure timely and successful delivery of the product by coordinating across teams and resolving roadblocks.
• Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor product success metrics, iterating based on performance and feedback.

 

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software product management, ideally on platforms or marketplaces.
• Proven Success: Demonstrated track record of developing and launching successful products.
• Strategic Vision: Expertise in defining and implementing product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial concepts and devices, or fintech processes.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills for interpreting user data, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.
• Communication: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Ownership Mentality: A proactive self-starter with high accountability and a results-driven approach.
