About the role
We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join one of our product teams. As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of a data science product focused on enhancing customer experience and optimizing economics. You will lead the development of cutting-edge data science products focused on enhancing customer experience and driving business growth by identifying user needs, making data-driven decisions, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proficient in analytical skills, passionate about innovation, and adept at navigating a rapidly growing, dynamic company environment.
Responsibilities
- Internalizing and deeply understanding the organization's mission, strategies, and objectives of your specific product.
- Fostering customer loyalty with every interaction, by centering decisions around them.
- Leading product direction through data-driven decision-making and collecting necessary data, whether in the form of competitive Intel, rider behavior, or other business metrics.
- Driving a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
- Spearheading innovation, defining, and planning deliverables (road map) of entirely new products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.
- Driving definition and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing.
- Monitoring and measuring launched products and feeding insights back into the product development process.
- Communicating product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, from internal partners to all employees and riders.
- Challenging members of each functional team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then focus that energy on execution plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Quantitative Economics).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management.
- Experience in AI, data-oriented, or technical product management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategies with business objectives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Real passion for the company's charter and hybrid technology/operations nature.
