Digikala Business is a venture in Digikala Group specifically designed to meet the needs of different business customers. Digikala Business offers several services to large, governmental or private, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as whole-sellers and re-sellers across Iran with strong country-wide logistics. Digikala Business will propose the first online distribution network in the country.

Responsibilities:
- Provide vision, direction, and product strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle.
- Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and user experience other teams to ensure the right customer problem is solved.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Influence leaders across the organization and gain buy-in for complex specifications.
- Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
- Having end-to-end ownership and sign-off on behalf of the business, as needed.
- Anticipate the need to bring cross-functional teams together to solve problems.
- Develop internal and external facing go-to-market content.
- Ability to divide large projects into iterative releases.
- Understand technical requirements for the completion of new initiatives and ensure their success.
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and explain the value of new initiatives.
- Drive conflict resolution across product development teams.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows.
- Spearhead change management activities to drive successful adoption of capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences (an MBA degree is a plus).
- +4 years’ experience, preferably in business applications development or product management for internal/external products.
- Process and business understanding in B2B, or E-Commerce domains.
- Proven success in delivering complex technology products/services in a high-growth environment.
- Experience delivering products that incorporate advanced analytical techniques, data-driven decision processes, and applied statistical methods.
- Experience in leading product development from start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and effectively liaise between customers and engineering.
- Experience non-functional requirements (Automation, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Security).
- Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills. Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences in Farsi and English.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
