We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to join our team at Soshyant. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design tribe, creating innovative and user-centric designs, and driving the overall product design strategy that leads to business outcomes. You will also have a strong understanding of product, design, and business metrics and be able to define metrics for assessing design impact
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and managed the design tribe, inspiring and guiding a team of talented designers
• Establish and refine the product design process, including ideation, concept development, prototyping, and iteration, ensuring efficient workflows and collaboration
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and coherence across all products and platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create user-centric designs, driving product strategy
• Utilize analytics tools to gather insights and inform design decisions

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in Figma and design systems
• Strong strategic mindset and the ability to align design efforts with business goals and objectives
• Experience in monitoring key product, design, and business metrics to data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of designers
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric approach to design
• 3years of experience in product design or similar roles+
• Portfolio demonstrating different design skills, the experience of shipping products & showcasing your design process
