● Supervise the activities of the sales team in order to achieve the annual sales target. objectives for the portfolio considering an agreed cost budget.
● Lead and coach medical representatives' activities.
● Monitor the sales team activities.
● Monitor inventory stock.
● Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales challenges.
● Hande complaints regarding sales.
● Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control medical representatives.
● Analysis of operational records and report to Managers.
● Determine call plan.
● Manage contact list.
● Monitor sales activities via double visits.
Requirements
● Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary, or Master Degree of Biomedicine Sciences.
● At least 2 years of professional working experience
● Related experience preferably in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
● Fluent in English, writing, listening and speaking.
● Good computer skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
● Good communication skills, enthusiastic and energetic, hard worker, coaching skills, teamwork.
● Preferred with trade marketing and chain store experience.
