As a Digikala Content Marketing Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and maintaining
relationships with sellers who wants to order Video or Live content. Your primary responsibility is to ensure client
satisfaction, manage communication, and drive successful outcomes for both the client and the company.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Video/Live clients
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Understand clients’ needs, goals, and pain points
- Monitor and manage the clients’ Live Commerce sessions
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients
- Offer strategic guidance to achieve client business goals
