We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Content Manager to lead our content creation and strategy efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content that engages our audience, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement. This role requires a strong creative vision, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, social media, videos, infographics, and more.
- Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and promotions across all channels.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and other creatives to produce visually compelling content that complements written materials.
- Conduct research to identify trends, topics, and insights that resonate with target audiences and leverage this knowledge to inform content creation.
- Optimize content for SEO and monitor performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure quality and coherence in messaging.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in content management, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video content creation and editing.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Previous experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
