We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Key Account Manager to manage our elite "diamond hosts." In this role, you will travel to various cities to meet with hosts, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their success on our platform. With your expertise in marketing strategies (promotion and content), negotiation skills, and focus on improving Host NPS (Net Promoter Score), you will help ensure that our top-tier hosts are not only satisfied but also highly engaged and loyal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management & Travel:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for "diamond hosts," traveling regularly to
meet with hosts in different cities to understand their business needs,
challenges, and goals.
o Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with key accounts through
in-person visits, calls, and continuous support.
o Address and proactively resolve host issues to increase satisfaction and
loyalty, directly contributing to improved NPS scores.
• Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content and promotional
materials that align with each host’s objectives and brand identity.
o Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging
marketing techniques to offer innovative solutions that benefit hosts.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Track key performance metrics, including NPS, to measure host satisfaction
and identify opportunities for improvement.
o Provide regular performance reports to both hosts and internal teams,
including insights on strategies to enhance host satisfaction and optimize
performance.
o Use data-driven insights to offer tailored recommendations for improving host
experience and increasing NPS.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, Commercial, and customer support teams to
ensure the platform’s offerings meet the unique needs of diamond hosts.
o Contribute to the development of new tools, features, or services designed to
improve the host experience and boost NPS.
o Share host feedback with internal teams to drive continuous improvements
and innovation in the platform.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role,
preferably in the hospitality, digital platform, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including promotions, content creation,
and digital marketing techniques.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to
manage high-value accounts.
• Ability to travel regularly to meet with diamond hosts across different cities and
understand their needs firsthand.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, with experience in using NPS or similar metrics
to drive improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting
relationships with hosts and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for improving host
satisfaction and performance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts
simultaneously
