Requirements

• At least bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
• Proven experience in structural engineering;
• Experienced in structural design (bridges);
• Experienced in the analysis and design of technical structures related to road construction;
• Ability to provide technical support for the design during the construction phases;
• Proficient in assessing structures and proposing retrofit designs;
• Comprehensive knowledge of international standards and code requirements related to road structures (AASHTO LRFD);
• AutoCAD;
• CSI Bridge;
• ETABS;
• SAP2000;
• SAFE;
• Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Microsoft Excel;
• Microsoft Word;
• Microsoft Outlook;
• Well-developed problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills with proven capability to identify the need for improvement and implement change; and
• Experience managing a team with diverse technical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers and team members within technical engineering service lines;
• Drive the response to client needs and ensure the consistent delivery of professional services; and
• Ensure project quality requirements are met efficiently within agreed timeframes and budgets.
