Job Description

As a B2B Sales  Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and cultivate new business opportunities. Your expertise in B2B sales will be crucial in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, values;
  • Managing all corporate selling operations and activities;
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team through training, empowerment, support and effective performance management;
  • Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients;
  • Researching the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities;
  • Establishing sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities;
  • Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads;
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the ideal value propositions;
  • Attend and actively participate in regular sales meetings;
  • Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections;
  • Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all clients and lead information;
  • Prepare periodic sales report.

 
Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in managerial position;
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms;
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings or presentations;
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline;
  • Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature;
  • BSc/BA in Engineering, business administration or relevant field.
