Responsibilities:

• Coach team in Agile estimation techniques, make appropriate commitments.
• Organize and facilitate work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, grooming and Sprint planning.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events.
• Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
• Conflict Resolution.
• Accountability, Flexibility, Leadership, Agile mindset.
• Training Agile Infrastructures (Jira & Azure).

Job Requirements:

• B.A / BSc. degree in computer science
• +2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with a team transitioning from traditional project management methods to Agile
• The ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
• High ability in planning and time management
