Roles & Responsibilities
Job Specification:
- Education: Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on People Experience, Employee Relations, and Talent Management.
- Technical Competencies:
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write delicious text on any topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good understanding of social network tools, trends, etc.
- HRIS Proficiency: Skilled in using Human Resource Information Systems and data analytics tools.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
