Job Description

  • Develop and lead a motivated sales team to achieve challenging targets and profit margins.
  • Provide input for the development of incentive plans for the sales team to encourage and reward efforts and revenues.
  • Review and analyze competitors' strategies and operational plans in the  sales layer.
  •  Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, including expansion and business development initiatives.
  • Train staff to ensure that the department has the necessary Sales skill base to maximize staff motivation, potential, and contribution to the target achievement of the company. 
  • Coach and lead the sales team to achieve their goals and set them on the right track

Requirements:

  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with corporate clients
  • Familiarity with the organizational sales market and the ability to understand the different needs of companies and organizations.
  • knowledge of business processes, Marketing and sales.
  • Proven 4 or more years of experience or relevant executive leadership positions in top e-businesses.
