We are an IT agency that builds web applications for our clients. We work on a variety of projects, each with its own unique challenges. Our projects are managed using Scrum and Agile methods, and we work together as a team following a team topology model.
We are looking for a Senior PHP developer who is ready to both code and lead a team on different projects. This role involves handling different challenges in each project, but it doesn't mean switching between tasks or leading multiple projects at the same time. You'll need to be adaptable, ready to tackle new problems, and able to guide your team to success in every project.


having a proven track record in writing “clean code” solutions according to SOLID principles (incl. TDD and test frameworks such as PHP Unit)
At least 8 years of demonstrable experience in PHP
Excellent knowledge of PHP
Experience in designing and working with CI/CD
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony
Experience in working with REST APIs, ensuring they are performant and scalable
RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL databases and advanced JavaScript concepts, frontend frameworks such as VueJS, React is an advantage
Experience with tools such as Docker and Version control systems such as Git
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is an advantage.
