Key Responsibilities:
• Execution and Management: Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Content Coordination: Work closely with content creators to ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the campaign message and brand guidelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand target audiences and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and campaign management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in MBA, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing campaign management or Sales and Marketing.
• Experienced with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics,…).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with A/B testing and other optimization strategies is a plus.
