At Digikala, we are seeking a dynamic Marketplace & Brand Partnership Manager to lead and develop our Q-commerce business line. This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster impactful collaborations with suppliers, brands, and internal teams to maximize business growth.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage commercial and operational teams to achieve Q-commerce business objectives.
· Establish and strengthen business agreements with FMCG suppliers to deliver customer
· centric solutions, including exclusive discounts.
· Plan and execute effective offline advertising campaigns in collaboration with supermarket partners.
· Identify revenue opportunities and guide teams in implementing strategic initiative
· with brands and sellers.
· Oversee and optimize the FMCG scheduled marketplace operations while driving
· vendor acquisition and retention.
· Provide ongoing support to sellers, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring
· seamless online sales processes.
· Analyze performance data to make data-driven decisions that improve processes and drive results.
· Manage and implement strategic changes within the team and business processes to maintain operational synergy.
· Drive the professional growth of team members by setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record in supplier and brand partnerships.
· Hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, with a focus on marketplace operations.
· Strong leadership and people management abilities to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing teams.
· Deep understanding of online and offline FMCG sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable agreements with suppliers and brands.
· Analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and external partners.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Familiarity with digital advertising and promotional strategies in the FMCG sector.
