Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and maintenance of financial models to support business planning and forecasting processes. Assist with the annual budget cycle and quarterly forecasts.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, to provide insights into business performance against budget and prior periods.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and align on financial goals and strategies.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and update rolling forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze financial trends, identify key performance drivers, and offer actionable insights to improve financial performance. Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning, reporting, and forecasting activities, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure financial reporting complies with internal policies and relevant regulations, assisting in internal and external audit processes as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus.
•  Minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting within a corporate environment. 
• Proficient in Excel (advanced modeling and data analysis), financial reporting software, and ERP systems. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
•  Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide insights that drive decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex financial problems in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis
