We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing our social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and supporting the content team in executing effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
- Respond promptly and professionally to direct messages across all social media platforms.
- Engage with audience comments on Instagram, Twitter (X), and other channels to build a strong community.
Content Management:
- Publish posts and stories on various platforms in alignment with the content calendar.
- Collaborate with the content team to help gather ideas and maintain an updated content calendar.
Trendspotting & Viral Opportunities:
- Stay on top of trending topics, viral content, and special occasions to create timely and relevant content.
- Suggest creative ideas to leverage viral opportunities for brand awareness.
Platform Monitoring:
- Monitor social media platforms to ensure a consistent voice and timely response to audience interactions.
- Analytics & Reporting (Optional but Preferred):
- Provide feedback on audience interactions and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter (X), Linkedin, Telegram, TikTok, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media trends and tools is a plus.
