Monitor the closing process and check the P&L during the closing.
Prepare monthly performance reviews.
Prepare annual budgets and periodical forecasts, working cross-functionally across the organization, to help drive a predictable and high-performance culture within the organization with clear instruction.
Make a proposal to improve business performance.
Create and lead committees on working capital, and cost-cutting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; or an MBA graduate.
Good knowledge of IAS/IFRS and internal policies and procedures.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Ability of leadership support, coaching, mentoring, and development of direct reports.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to deadlines.
