Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to support organizational goals, foster employee engagement, and ensure the smooth execution of HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support the HRBP team in rolling out key initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Assist in identifying staffing needs and supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Participate in onboarding programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates and engagement scores, to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Participate in audits and recommend process improvements to enhance HR compliance.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as employee relations, recruitment, and training.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Passion for creating a positive employee experience.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
