Job Description

At Yektanet, we are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on display advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to display channels.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on display advertising channels.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
