Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a  Sales Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:
Assist in Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and tracking of sales and marketing campaigns across SMS, Push notifications, and other channels.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to develop and optimize marketing content that drives customer engagement and sales.
Customer Engagement: Help execute strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty through personalized communication.
Performance Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
CRM Management: Help maintain customer data, ensuring segmentation and targeting accuracy.
A/B Testing Support: Assist in testing content, creatives, and messaging to improve campaign effectiveness.
Market Research: Conduct basic competitor and market trend analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Platform Support: Learn to use and maintain the marketing automation platform (such as WebEngage) under senior guidance.
Administrative Support: Help manage budgets, prepare reports, and support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Experience:
+1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Experience with CRM or marketing platforms like Web Engage (a plus but not mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
Skills:
Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
