Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst (BPA) to join our Strategy department at Sabaidea. The main responsibility of the role is to analyze, design, and optimize processes across multiple departments within our organization. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying workflow inefficiencies, addressing process gaps, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and operational performance. The BPA will work closely with stakeholders to ensure processes are well-aligned with organizational goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process Analysis and Documentation: Map and document current processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or bottlenecks. Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate process performance and uncover areas for improvement.
· Process Design and Optimization: Develop optimized workflows and procedures to address identified issues and improve efficiency. Create scalable, sustainable processes tailored to support organizational growth and operational goals.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather insights and align process improvements. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to refine workflows and build consensus.
· Implementation Support: Assist in implementing new processes, including developing documentation, training materials, and providing on-site support to ensure adoption. Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and recommend adjustments as needed.
· Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and long-term process enhancements. Act as a resource for teams to provide guidance and best practices for maintaining efficient workflows.
· Monitoring and Reporting: Track process performance using relevant KPIs and generate reports to share insights with stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations to leadership for improving operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
· Demonstrated expertise in analyzing workflows and implementing process changes in a corporate environment.
· Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements.
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
· A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
