The KA Representative is responsible to assist Modern Trade Manager in daily operation of Key Account department to build long term relationship with KA customers and to achieve defined targets.
Responsibilities:
● Upload customers’ invoices in their portal.
● Prepare report / analysis on status of customer invoices (issued, uploaded, remained, discrepancies in terms of volume and value).
● Reconcile MT invoices vs customers claimed data by alignment with accounting department.
● Follow up customers’ payments.
● Pre- alignment with logistics team for “orders’ & deliveries’ management”.
● Check KA Customers portal data to define each customers' detailed orders.
● Assist line manager to build complete Customer Plan to drive the overall business with the channel.
● Handling merchandizers on the daily journey plan based on the company score cards.
● Support LM & team to execute plans for assigned account (s) that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
● Maintain standard and proper level of relationship with customers to maximize the ordering and best use of shelves.
● Ensure proper and timely cash collection vs. agreed and standard payment terms by customer (as per contract).
The position is office- based.
Requirements
● Preferably previous experience in Sales, Modern Trade & E-Commerce Channel.
● Preferably previous experience within FMCG category.
● Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Management.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
● Proficiency in English.
● Good communication skills and team player.
