The Last Mile Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple delivery zones within designated areas. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient delivery processes, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and manage a team of delivery staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize delivery operations within assigned areas to meet or exceed company objectives.
• Monitor and analyze delivery metrics such as delivery time, order accuracy, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Recruit, train, and supervise delivery staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as supply chain and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery, Q-commerce, or E-commerce industry.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management (e.g., ERP systems, route optimization software).
• Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to food delivery operations.
• Budgeting and financial management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
