Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for merchandising and pricing to maximize visibility and achieve uplifts in revenue, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
• Analyze data or insights of the entire platform to determine sales trends and drive day-to-day optimization
• Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
• Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities

Requirements:
Experience:
+1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

 Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns

Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
Skills:
Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
