• Creating a safe and secure work environment for all employees, and customers inside the store.
• Implementing the policy and procedure.
• Cultivation and management of store security team.
• Investigate matters based on internal policy.
• Plan to Prepare and train the employee for risk and critical matters.
• Observe the store environment of store, risk assessment and provide the solution to eliminate safety matters.

Requirement:

• Well-knowledge and experience in security and safety matters.
• English language proficiency.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as persuasion of others to achieve results and initiate action.
• have good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team meet health objectives
• Well knowledge of risk assessment, and compliance.
