Job Description

Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and posting job openings to screening candidates and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and familiarity with modern hiring tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Executing Recruitment Processes:

  • Identifying organizational hiring needs in collaboration with team managers.
  • Preparing and publishing job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for the initial selection process.

Conducting Interviews:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interview sessions with candidates and relevant managers.
  • Conducting initial interviews (phone or in-person) to assess skills and cultural fit.
  • Assisting in technical interviews and providing feedback to teams.

Managing Candidate Database:

  • Maintaining and updating a database of candidates for future hiring opportunities.
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment processes.

Evaluation and Reporting:

  • Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, conversion rates).
  • Proposing improvements based on data analysis.

Internal Coordination:

  • Working closely with HR teams and managers to align hiring processes with organizational needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications: 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Experience with ATS tools is a plus.


Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Proficiency in English (preferred).
