Your Tasks
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with diverse departments across the organization, including technical support, sales and marketing, operations, finance, human resources, and other units within the holding company. Your primary objective will be to understand their unique challenges, data-related needs, and ongoing processes while managing and analyzing a broad range of datasets from different domains to deliver actionable insights.
In this role, you will also be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI suite. By working with multiple data sources, you will create comprehensive data models, interactive dashboards, and insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft BI Suite, including tools such as Power BI, SSIS, SSAS Tabular, and SQL Server.
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL, enabling efficient complex queries, data transformations, and manipulations.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and dimensional modeling techniques.
- A clear understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to design user-focused, impactful dashboards.
- Proven ability to optimize database performance, including query tuning and efficient data handling.
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret findings and effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- knowledge of statistical analysis, including deriving insights, predictive modeling, and forecasting techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with telecom and network concepts is a plus.
