As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization, especially for non-tech job positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and execute comprehensive recruitment plans. Additionally, you will enhance our employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and departmental leaders to define hiring needs, understand job requirements, and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networking, and direct outreach, to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate candidate feedback sessions, and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting our employer value proposition and effectively communicating our culture, mission, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Act under the supervision of the Talent Partner following established processes and guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to streamline recruitment processes, implement best practices, and continuously improve the candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
