Responsibilities:
Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and data compilation as needed.
Presentation Skills:
- Create engaging and effective presentations using various tools and software.
- Deliver presentations on behalf of the executive when required.
- Assist in the preparation and rehearsal of presentations to ensure clarity and impact.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during meetings, and organize necessary documents and materials.
Travel Arrangements: Make travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle travel logistics.
Expense Management: Track and manage expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Office Management: Oversee office supply inventory, order office supplies, and maintain office equipment.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: B.Sc. of Science.
Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva).
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
