· Filling, recording, and maintaining all staffs documents including staff profiles and etc., and responsible for any requested files.
· Perform periodic system information backup from Databases e.g. staff services.
· Responsible for the accuracy of soft filed information and structured filing of hard and soft copies.
· Provide Welfare Services to staff and submit any financial effect resulting from welfare-related issues to Finance division and line manager
· Track the staff welfare matters for better implementation such as Social security, supplementary insurance, all of the loans (company loan, housing loan, and banking loans), sports complex, SIM, modem, staff uniform and etc.
· Provide administrative services to other units within HR on Shared Services Manager’s requests
· Follow up and ensure prompt response on referrals with respect to new employees with the referees
· Distribution of all kinds of staff gifts and provide reports
· Issue different letters to staff regarding the HR policy
· Respond to customer queries and requests on non-technical issues and escalate to the assigned manager/exec when necessary.
· Following up on all HR financial matters with finance and other division regarding resolving them including PR's, Petty cash, CAPEX purchasing orders and etc.
Deliver the admin tasks needed for helping the staffing team regarding resourcing
