Position Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a cornerstone of Khodro45’s recruitment strategy, responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the company's growing needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates while ensuring alignment with Khodro45’s organizational culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions and hiring plans.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process.
- Partner with HR and leadership to implement employer branding initiatives that promote Khodro45 as an employer of choice.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise to elevate the overall performance of the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful placements in various roles and levels.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving hiring goals.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
