At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads,CPC, Affiliation and more.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for Paid Search, Display, and Retargeting.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to design high-performing ads.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Perform A/B testing for creative assets, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Use insights from analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) to refine and improve campaign performance.
Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Forecast and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual spending and performance goals.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with internal teams (product, design, analytics) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular performance updates to leadership and recommend actionable insights.
- Technology and Tools:
- Work with tools like Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution for campaigns using tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and attribution models.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with high ROI.
- Skills:
- Expertise in PPC, SEM, Paid Social, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficient in analytical tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and platform-specific dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, LTV analysis, and customer segmentation.
