At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Marketing Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (e.g., social media, SMS, search, and display ads).
- Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Develop customer segmentation models for personalized marketing strategies.
- Performance Reporting:
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, CLV, conversion rates, CTR).
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Partner with marketing teams to design A/B tests, interpret results, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze user behavior and identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Optimization and Strategy Development:
- Identify trends and patterns to inform marketing strategies and drive customer-centric campaigns.
- Evaluate attribution models to understand customer journeys and optimize marketing spend.
Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Familiar with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) for predictive modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Marketing Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of marketing concepts, customer lifecycle metrics, and attribution models.
- Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, email, social media).
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion funnels, and customer journey mapping.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
