Responsibilities:

- Dive deep into large business datasets to uncover valuable insights that can be turned into actionable hypotheses.
- Design and develop reports/visualizations using Tableau.
- Create automated analytical solutions using programming skills that provide models from raw data and implement the logic of KPIs.
- Perform proactive investigations of data sources to discover new trends, opportunities, or problems.
- Present data in a way that is understandable to those with limited data knowledge or experience.
- Write queries to produce data sets answering requests as accurately and completely as possible—this includes evaluating available data, formatting, cleaning, and validating data.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related field of study.
- At least 5 years experience in the related field.
- Experience providing reports on BI tools like Tableau, and Power BI.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to clearly explain concepts and actionable insights
- High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets.
- A curious person who gets motivated by solving data challenges, understanding customer behavior, and exploring the complexity of digital payment data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Python and most common data manipulation and data science packages (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, SKLearn, …) is a must.
