Job Responsibilities
1. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
2. Ensuring resource availability and allocation;
3. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
4. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
Job Requirement
1.Educational Qualification: Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering;
2.Software Abilities: Must have the ability to utilize Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel professional Skills (Such as S-Curve, WBS Level Management) and project planning;
3.Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, with strong skills in technical writing and verbal communication;
4.Communication Skills: Must have the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and possess strong independent thinking skills. Should excel in communication, teamwork, and exhibit a proactive work ethic;
5.Experience: Proven at least 3 years working experience as a project administrator in the industrial project of Oil and Gas sector.
