Strategy Execution Specialist

Mission:

• To ensure the efficient and effective execution of transformation and strategy initiatives by providing operational support, tracking progress, identifying risks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To provide operational support for the execution of strategy and transformation initiatives and projects.
• To execute transformation and strategy project plans based on defined timelines and provide related reports to the manager.
• To track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, provide reports on execution issues, and propose related solutions.
• To analyze the outcome and efficiency of transformation and strategic projects and give feed back to strategy development team
• To identify and report any risks or challenges that may hinder the successful execution of transformation and strategy initiatives.
• To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure Alignments on the Purpose of defined projects with corporate strategy and successful completion of projects.
• To support in the development and implementation of performance management systems for strategic initiatives.
• To develop a database and maintain project documentation and records.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Economics) or related
• Fluent in English

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an area of specialization
• Experience working in a medium organization
