In this role, the Associate HRBP will actively contribute to human resources initiatives by collaborating with the recruitment team and independently managing HR projects. The Associate HRBP will take ownership of certain recruitment activities, ensuring the hiring of suitable talent, while also working on strategic HR projects that enhance departmental effectiveness. Reporting to the HRBP of the Department, this role bridges hands-on execution and strategic collaboration within the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and execute strategies for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specific roles to attract top talent.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience.
HR Project Management:
- Lead and execute HR projects independently to improve departmental processes and organizational outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of initiatives related to talent management, performance processes, and employee engagement.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
- Implement engagement strategies that foster a workplace environment based on respect and shared values.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving concerns aligned with company policies.
Collaboration with HRBP:
- Assist in assessing organizational needs, identifying talent gaps, and proposing actionable solutions.
- Provide input and support for performance management, training, and other HRBP-led initiatives.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR roles, including hands-on recruitment and project management.
