We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and implement various human resources programs. With a proven full-cycle recruitment process that focuses on mutual fit and candidate experience, our team is helping to build innovative teams of passionate members that are revolutionizing the Travel Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Develops proactive communications, employee recognition and appreciation programs.
- Assists in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Generalist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum a year of experience in Tech Industry
- BSc or Master's degree from accredited university in relevant fields (Human Resources Management/ Psychology (I/O), MBA) is an asset
- English fluency is a definite asset
