Main Tasks:

• Planning, implementation, control and optimization of warehouse processes, cost control and performance of warehouse supervisors
• Forecasting the needs of human resources to carry out warehousing activities
• Controlling and monitoring the temperature requirements of cold storage (refrigerator and freezer) and distribution vehicles to maintain the cold chain
• Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and safety standards and other KPIs defined by the organization in activities related to cold storage
• Communication and coordination with other departments of the company 
• Identifying and solving operational problems and challenges related to the cold chain.

Qualification conditions for logistics operation manager:

•  Having a degree related to industrial engineering, operational management or related subjects
• Have at least three years of relevant work experience as a cold chain warehouse manager
• Proficient in the principles and techniques of warehouse and logistics management, warehousing, transportation and distribution
• Has high leadership, team building, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Has the spirit of teamwork, creativity, flexibility and responsibility
• Familiar with English or Turkish
