Job Description
Mission: Attend to the sites and check and solve on site issues according to QC check list (CW, TI) and prepare the related report/document.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To assist identification and preparation of needed PM and reporting tools.
To interact with external Organizations for activities related to assigned projects.
To gain full awareness of assigned Project status, progress, and plans and support the Project Manager in managing all PM tasks for the assigned Project.
To monitor the project constantly to make sure each stage is progressing on time, on budget, and to the right quality standards and escalate key risks based on defined standards to the Project Manager.
To report progress on projects and key measures/KPIs to Rollout infrastructure Management based on defined templates and standards.
To follow up and make sure execution of the assigned project within timelines defined via conducting different meetings with subcontractors and reviewing their progress reports.
To interact with the Project members to ensure project execution is not compromised.
To ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks.
To implement change management on the projects based on agreed standards and plan.
To ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately based on NW and QC rollout infrastructure project management policies.
To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects.
To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports & meetings and follow the track of actions.
To work with different teams and diversity, so dedication and 24/7 focus/Following and monitoring the Reallocation Project.
