Digikala is the biggest ecommerce startup in Iran. It was founded in July, 2006 by twin brothers Hamid and Saeed Mohammadi who had an unpleasant experience when they tried to buy a digital camera, after which they used $10,000 of their own savings to start the company. The company was reported to be valued at $150 million in 2014, and $500 million in late 2015. Digikala's main investor is Sarava Pars, an Iranian investment company. Digikala offers same day delivery in Tehran and Karaj, and offers next day delivery in 20 other cities.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and optimize processes in Q-commerce.
Evaluate the performance of various teams, including ECRM, Campaign, MarCom, and Partnership, and provide solutions for performance improvement and cost reduction.
Budgeting and forecasting revenues and expenses along with preparing analytical reports for strategic decision-making.
Set targets and assess the level of achievement for operational and marketing teams.
Collaborate with the ECRM team to analyze campaigns, improve communication strategies, and review return on investment (ROI).
Work with the Campaign team to optimize performance and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
Partner with the Partnership team to assess the impact of partnership programs and joint campaigns on sales.
Provide analytical reports and dashboards to present results and insights to teams and managers.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in related fields such as statistics, data science, marketing, or management.
Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
Experience in data visualization with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets in sales, marketing, and management contexts.
Strong knowledge of budgeting and target setting for various teams.
Familiarity with ECRM concepts, marketing campaigns, and business partnerships.
Excellent communication skills to present analyses and collaborate effectively with various teams.
