Roles & Responsibilities:
To develop and manage detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, milestones, and budgets for fiber optic deployment.
To coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
To conduct routine site surveys through last mile vendors to assess infrastructure feasibility, considering environmental and logistical factors.
To oversee installation processes, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and SLAs.
To implement quality control measures and provide technical support for field teams during installation and troubleshooting.
To assign customer requests to vendors based on team capacity via email/OSS and ensure timely service delivery aligned with SLAs.
To act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
To maintain strong relationships with vendors and guide installation crews to ensure high-quality and efficient work.
To monitor vendor performance, compliance with company standards, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
To maintain accurate records of project progress, including installation schedules, materials used, and site conditions.
To prepare and present regular reports to management on project status, challenges, and solutions.
To track expenses, monitor resource efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
To proactively identify and implement process improvements in deployment practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
To stay informed on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve skills and deployment strategies.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in fiber optics or network deployment may also be beneficial.
Having certifications related to the telecommunications industry or project management can be an advantage.
Minimumof 3 years of experience in telecommunications, explicitly focusing on fiber optic technologies and FTTX services.
Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in sales fulfillment.
A understanding of the Fiber technology and installation processes allows effective communication with technical teams.
Experience in analyzing sales data and fulfillment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
