Job Description

Overview:
 
 We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to drive impactful employee growth initiatives. In this role, you will leverage our competency framework to identify skill gaps, collaborate with managers to create tailored training programs, and track training outcomes with precision. Your creativity will shine as you develop engaging learning materials and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise. By working closely with data analysts, you’ll generate actionable insights to measure and refine the impact of our learning efforts. 

Responsibilities:

As an L&D Specialist, you will:

  • Leverage our competency framework to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning needs for all roles.
  • Collaborate with managers to design and deliver tailored training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Own training data, ensuring accurate tracking of attendance, participation, and training outcomes.
  • Work closely with our data analyst to generate insights from training data and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback and data analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop innovative and engaging training resources, such as presentations, videos, and manuals.
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives by leveraging internal expertise and facilitating team sessions.
  • Support employees and managers in creating and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

Qualifications: 

We’re looking for a motivated individual who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or a similar role.
  • A strong understanding of competency frameworks and their integration into training programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage training data and collaborate with data analysts for actionable insights.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Creativity in designing impactful learning resources using commonly available tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, video tools).
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
