We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team at Blu Bank. In this role, you’ll lead the development, launch, and optimization of NeoBank solutions, including Savings, Loans, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and other advanced financial features (some of which we can’t reveal just yet!). You’ll collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team focused on building impactful, innovative financial products.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative data on user behavior and needs.
- Analyze research findings and present actionable insights to product teams to inform design decisions and product strategies.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centered designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to capture user insights and improve the design process.
- Continuously iterate on research methods and practices based on feedback and emerging trends in user experience research.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization and ensure the user’s voice is represented in product discussions.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand industry trends and benchmark user expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate research findings into product roadmaps.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in UX research, user testing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Proficiency in using research tools and software (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, Dovetail).
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey research findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Passion for understanding user behavior and a commitment to improving the user experience
- Strong understanding of NeoBank and fintech trends.
